To order your snake;

Trade customer; Refer to your access details previously given to you for our trade price list. If you have not got access to this list use the contact us button with details of your trade status and we will give you access within 24 hours. The code number refers to the animals description and price. When we process your order you will be charged the prices from the trade list. You can pay by credit card or if a previously known customer, on account.

Retail (Public) customer; Refer to the Animals in stock link above. The code number refers to the animals description and price. When we process your order you will be charged this price. We can only supply a pet or reptile shop, not a private address. You will then need to collect your animal from the shop it was delivered to, who will cover the care details with you. Although we will contact the shop, please politely ask the shop in question first - ask them to contact us so we can explain the benefits to them of accepting the order. You will need to pay us in full with your credit card before we can process your order. Some shops may not wish to partake in the Zoo Logic scheme, and you may have to choose another local shop to have your animal delivered to. Remember we will not process your order if you supply a private address.
