The Terms and Conditions set out below relate to the Zoo Logic retail scheme.

Placing an order with us or accepting an order through the Zoo Logic retail scheme indicates you accept the following conditions of sale:

All prices on our trade list (don’t use the one on this forum, they are retail prices) are plus VAT.

All DOA’s or other problems must be notified to us within 24 hours for credit. Exchanges or credits will not be considered if notification is after 24 hours after receipt.

Payment for new customers is in advance, known customers can set up an account. Credit terms is payment within 14 days, after this time we reserve the right to charge 2% pa above bank base rate in interest. A charge of £10 will be made for any cheque retrned unpaid by the drawers bank,

All animals supplied by Zoo Logic UK Ltd, but in the customers custody, remain the property of Zoo Logic UK Ltd until payment is made in full. This entitles us to enter the customers premises at any time if payment is not paid to remove the animals supplied.

We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. Our list does not indicate an offer, estimate nor quotation to any customer.

Delivery costs is not included in our prices and is currently £19.95 for TNT Over Night Before 10.30 service and £4.95 for small amounts of Invertebrates through the Royal Mail system.

We will supply all Zoo Logic retail scheme customers with a care sheet that must be covered with the retail customer, and then returned to us fully filled in with name and address clearly the same as the retail customer who placed the order with us. Your commission will only be paid once this has been returned to us to prove the retail customer has been supplied. Please enquire for current rates of commission for accepting Zoo Logic retails scheme orders. We will need to see proof of trade status (Pet shop license) before processing the order.

Retail customers (Members of the public)

Placing an order with us through the Zoo Logic retail scheme indicates you accept the following conditions of sale:

Payment will be made in full via credit card using the secure checkout system on this site.

All prices on our Zoo Logic retail scheme list are inclusive of VAT.

Your order will be processed only if you supply a pet / reptile shops name and address for delivery. We cannot send direct to a private address. You will need to sign the customer care sheet supplied by the shop, and supply your name and address. This is a requirement of the law.

Animals will be guaranteed for 48 hours after delivery has taken place to the shop of your choice. After this time we will not issue any form of credit or exchange.
